Happy Cinque du Meyo or whatever to everyone

Last night was not a shock but the show was pretty good.  Of course we start out with the Judges and JLo looks hot again in a short, black, mini with some kind of metallic puffy thing wrapped at the knees.  Her hair looks nice too.  She will be prforming later tonight.

60M votes were cast last night…the most for any show this season.

Ryan goes over to Steve and congratulates him on being a ‘best selling’ author.

Then he moves to JLo and talks about her new CD and her videos and her performance tonight….

Now it’s Randy’s turn…he’s selling cupcakes this weekend on some corner!  (of course he has ABDC too on MTV)

Lady Antebellum will be performing tonight in a little while.

Let’s bring out the Top 5 to sing “Happy Together” by the Turtles.  Cute song.  Once again, these live songs aren’t too good.

James looks like he has bleached his hair in the front a little….looks rockin

Gordon Ramsey teaches the 5 how to cook an omelet…bottom line, Lauren wins with a huge scrumptious looking omelet.  Jacob comes in second.  The others are horrible.

Lady Antebellum sings..he is hot!  Nice song too.

Now they ask the 5 how they make song choices.  And they show silly ways they do it but in reality I think they are either given a list or pull a song out of a hat.

OK, the time has come….Dim Those Lights

let’s have James come up first…recap…Jimmy’s thoughts…and now James is asked to stand over to the far sid of the stage.

Lauren’s turn, recap, Jimmy’s thoughts, and she is asked to step to the near side of the stage.

Bavk to Gordon Ramsey who blindfolds Jacob and Lauren and asks them to taste different foods.  Lauren wins..barely.

Here comes JLo with her video, ON THE FLOOR.  WOW, I don’t think I would be that brave to go up that high on that itty bitty platform.

Then we get a sneek peak of her new video that will be out shortly called, ? – anyway her partneris the “Brad Pitt” of Mexico and I can see why.

Let’s get back to more results.

Jacob,come to the stage, recap, Jimmy’s comments and then he goes to the near side of the stage with Lauren

Haley’s turn – recap, Jimmy’s comments and then she goes to the far side of the stage with James.

So now you have James and Haley on one side and Lauren and Jacob on the other side and now it’s Scotty’s turn.

Ryan has him stand beside him as he shows the recap and listens to Jimmy’s comments and then Ryan asks him which side of trhe stage is the bottom 2 (same then every season).  Naturally Scotty wants no part of it so Ryan walks him over to James and Haley and then proceeds to tell all 3 that they are SAFE.  Poor James can’t stand too much more of the tension this show gives you.

So that means you have Lauren and Jacob in the Bottom 2 which means one of them is going home and Lauren is crying buckets.  Ryan tries to calm her down as they go to commercial and she seems better when they return.

Who is it?????   Lauren (Steve’s fave) or Jacob?????  JACOB will leave the building tonight.  (same justice they had on DWTS this week when Kendra finally went home).

Only problem is that Jacob sings, “A House I Not A Home” which blew us away the first time we heard it…..oh Jacob if only you stayed true to yourself and sang songs you knew would be good for you.  Oh well….see you on the tour this summer.
